Stella
Creator, Motivator, and Life Warrior

Zen & Fun with Stella Stella, Chinese by birth now citizen of the world, has lived in Asia, Europe, and American 3 regions. From early on in life, Stella has recognized the power of LEARNING in her life. From harp to painting to various type yoga/ dances, she has studied it all! Her creativity and doer attitude eventuallyserved her in her first career as a TV news reporter and subsequently, as the PR Director for the government, luxury brands, and Regional head of international environmental NGOs. In her mid-30s, she followed her entrepreneurial spirit and made investments to become FIRE, and worked as an independent contractor for her family digital studio. Life was going perfectly, marvelously, in fact, until two huge wake-up calls:one, a postpartum hemorrhage in 2014 that nearly bled her to death; and two, the discovery of stage 3C breast cancer in 2020. Then she has discovered just how fragile life is. Through a combination of Western and Eastern medicine, nutrition, and her own creation of Zen &Fun flow, she has even surprised her medical team from 3 countries with her miraculous recovery. And this has brought her strength to Restart Life: Live as a Warrior to create and motivate the ones in need. In this retreat program, Stella will share all OF her own physical and mental recovery practices with you to help you overcome whatever challenges you might be facing.
